Meet Roseanne:
H. Rosanne Balla of Foster City, California, is a foster-adopt and international adoptive mother of three special children with varying degrees of attachment and developmental issues. While living overseas, she advocated for her children’s special needs by bringing specialists like 
, Deborah Hage and Larry Van Bloem to Hong Kong to share their tools and wisdom a with other adoptive families in waiting and struggling with out-of-control youth. Now as a certified instructor of “Advanced Parenting for Challenging Children” with twelve years of therapeutic parenting experience. Rosanne is working to establish a network of savvy parents and respite providers capable of supporting each other and keeping the fires of hope fo the children alive. Together, we can make a bigger difference!
