Meet Susan:
If you are a parent of a challenging child, Susan McKinney is on your side. She began her career at Eastern Michigan University where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Special Education, and went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Counseling, She was employed by The Child Developmental Center as an infant and pre-school teacher for 15 years in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Susan continued her career working for the school district in the capacity of School Counselor where she worked with elementary aged children and their parents for 13 more years. She has recently moved to Alabama where she is continuing the private practice she has developed for 25 years. Susan is a Certified Advanced Parenting for Challenging Children Instructor, Certified Hypnotist, Licensed Professional Counselor and is Nationally Board Certified. She is available for private consultation and parenting groups. Susan says: “Parents of difficult children- I am on your side!”
