Meet Steve:
Steve & Judy Osterhage are the co-founders of Family Fuel, a non profit organization providing parent, marriage, and teacher trainings and support. The mission of Family Fuel is fueling healthy families. Judy Osterhage is the Program Coordinator for the Santa Barbara City College Foster & Kinship Care Education program as well as the Independent Living Program Director. She is an Early Childhood Specialist who has been working with children since 1978. She has taught Pre-School, Kindergarten, teens and college courses. She has been a Children’s Ministry Director and has worked with foster parents and high-risk kids. She has a heart for healthy family order and joyful, responsible kids.
Steve Osterhage is Judy’s husband of 15 years. He does trainings with Judy in the areas of parenting and marriage. He has a heart for healthy families and also for communicating relationship concepts in fresh new ways using multi-media technology and hands-on teaching techniques. He is a trained “Love and Logic” parenting facilitator as well as receiving the facilitator’s training for 
’ Advanced Parenting for Challenging Children. Steve & Judy are the parents of two sons. The home base for Family Fuel is Santa Barbara, CA. Please contact us to schedule the Advanced Parenting training at:
